1. Content & Platform Overview

These terms (“Agreement”) govern your relationship with us—whether as a guest or registered member. Depending on your location, you will contract with either JWS Americas S.à r.l. (for U.S. residents) or JWS International S.à r.l. (for all other regions). Both companies are Luxembourg-based private limited liability companies with registered offices at 5, Rue Charles Darwin, L-1433 Luxembourg, and are registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under numbers 249.539 and 249.566 respectively. Collectively, we refer to them as the “Website Operator”. In this document, references to “our site” or “platform” mean either the Website Operator or the website it operates, depending on context.

Key Definitions

  • Member/Customer/Subscriber – A visitor who creates an account to access our paid services.
  • Guest – A visitor who browses our platform without registering for an account.
  • Adult Service Provider (ASP)/ Performer/Model – An individual aged 18 or older (or 21 in certain regions) who provides live shows, chats, or interacts with our members and guests.
  • Credit Balance – Members can purchase credit packages to access premium features. Payments are processed securely through our partners, and purchased credits are added to your account balance.
  • Free Chat – An open space where you can interact with performers via text messages.
  • Private Chat – A one-on-one space where you can message or even voice chat with performers privately, away from other users.

By visiting or registering on our platform, you agree to the following:

  • Our platform offers adult interactive content (including nude, erotic, and sexual material). Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing it. We also discourage access by anyone who might find adult content distressing—you are solely responsible for your decision to browse.
  • The adult entertainment on our site is provided by men and women over 18 (or 21, where required) from around the world, known as Adult Service Providers (ASPs).
  • ASPs host live webcam shows and chat sessions for members globally, who choose them based on live streams, photos, pre-recorded videos, and other content.
  • We organize ASPs into various categories that may change over time. Please note the following guidelines:

In the Hot Flirt category, nudity and sexually provocative behavior are not allowed in free chat. Performers may choose what to offer in private shows, however.

In the Soul Mate category and its subcategories (like Dancer), performers do not provide or suggest sexually explicit content—whether in text, images, or live video. They stick to topics related to their subcategory.

Our rules prohibit sexually explicit content in free chat areas and in public images. Violations may result in financial penalties or account suspension.

Performers in all categories can use the “No-Face” option to hide their identity and may choose not to show their faces in any type of chat or show.

We use standard industry technologies to personalize your experience and make your visit as comfortable as possible. Our members are our top priority!

Our platform is organized into sections with both free and paid adult entertainment services. We regularly add new features to meet member preferences.

Before choosing a service, please review the content, pricing, and payment options (credit/debit cards, online checks, etc.) available in your country. This information is posted on our website.

Posting content on our platform does not mean we endorse the author or take responsibility for that content.

2. Services & Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees about the information, services, or products available through our platform. You use our services at your own risk.

We always strive to offer the best content and services to our members. However, we cannot guarantee that the content will be merchantable, suitable for a particular purpose, or that it will deliver specific results in terms of accuracy, timeliness, or reliability.

Neither we nor any party involved in creating or delivering our services or content will be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of our platform—without prejudice to the other terms in this Agreement.

With your explicit consent (via email or chat), our Customer Service team may initiate a remote access session to your computer to fix technical issues or gather system information to diagnose problems.

By agreeing to a remote access session, you waive any legal claims against us and our staff related to that session.

If a performer is labeled as “Exclusive Model only available on mrunetki”, it means they have an exclusive agreement with the Website Operator. You will only find that performer on our platform and other sites operated by the Website Operator.

3. Core Principles

We have no interest in facilitating immoral activities, which is why we enforce strict rules.

As a Platinum Sponsor of the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP), a member of the Restricted to Adults Association (RTA), and part of the Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA), we are committed to protecting minors.

Our services are only available to individuals aged 18 or older (21 in some regions). We ensure sexually explicit content is not easily accessible to minors.

Individuals under 18 (or 21 in some regions) are also prohibited from working as ASPs. All performers were at least 18 (or 21, where required) when their content was created, and we hold proof of age on file. We never present performers as minors.

All ASPs must meet three key requirements:

  • Sign an agreement confirming the accuracy of their personal information and age;
  • Provide a scanned copy of their government-issued photo ID;
  • Submit a photo of themselves holding their photo ID next to their face.

Performers who violate our principles face immediate and permanent account suspension.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child pornography (in any form). If we even suspect such content, we immediately and permanently close the account and may contact law enforcement.

Our experienced registration team carefully reviews all submissions. We reserve the right to immediately and permanently suspend accounts with offensive usernames, usernames referencing minors, or if we suspect any forgery.

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 (the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law), all models featured on our platform were at least 18 when their content was created. We hold proof of age for all performers, organized by producer, as listed below. All content and images fully meet the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and related regulations.

4. Member Information

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in some regions), in accordance with your local laws.

By registering and accepting this Agreement, you expressly consent to us providing services immediately and waive your right to withdraw from the agreement for those services. This consent is provided in line with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EC) of October 25, 2011, as transposed into Luxembourg law by the Law of April 2, 2014.

By registering and agreeing to these terms, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our officers, directors, affiliates, attorneys, shareholders, managers, members, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties arising from your conduct, statements, actions, breach of this Agreement, or unlawful activity.

If you violate this Agreement or engage in unlawful activity, we may terminate your account immediately without notice.

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from such termination, nor for credit refunds or compensation. We reserve the right to suspend your account or terminate it immediately if we believe you do not meet the requirements in these Terms. In cases of termination due to a breach, unlawful activity, or suspicion of non-compliance, we may also permanently ban any associated payment methods from our platform, at our discretion.

This Agreement becomes effective when you first visit our platform as a guest or when you register and accept these terms as a member. It remains in effect until either party terminates it in accordance with these terms.

5. Payments, Refunds & Policies

Members can purchase credit packages to use for adult entertainment services. Before selecting a service, please review the content, pricing, and payment options available on our website.

Text chat with fully clothed performers is free. To access premium features (including private shows with performers who may be undressed), click the “Private Show with this Performer” button. Once in private mode, credits are deducted from your balance every second. Please note that performers may temporarily restrict free text chat for members who haven't purchased credits.

During private shows, members can use the Quickbuy feature to manually add credits to their balance instantly with a pre-selected package.

The SmartBuy feature lets you enjoy private shows without interruptions by automatically topping up your balance whenever it drops below 7 credits. By default, SmartBuy purchases a 27.99 credit package, but you can change this amount in your account settings.

You will receive an email notification each time an automatic SmartBuy purchase occurs. You can turn off SmartBuy in your Account Settings at any time.

If your bank declines a transaction, SmartBuy will be disabled automatically. It will reactivate after your next successful purchase.

Both Quickbuy and SmartBuy will charge your default payment method.

Except for internal logistical arrangements, your billing (the price you pay for credit packages) is determined by the country from which you made your first purchase—this also determines which Website Operator you are registered with. In some cases, billing may be handled by the other Website Operator on our behalf, as we recharge each other internally. This will not change your experience, add any fees, or result in lost credits or rights. Regardless of which company bills you, you remain contracted with the original Website Operator based on your initial location (unless you notify us of a permanent move). You authorize this billing arrangement. We reserve the right to round prices to the nearest whole number.

For billing questions and support, please contact us using the information for the Website Operator you registered with—see Clause 13 below.

For questions about bank fees, please contact your bank directly.

We are not responsible for issues that occur outside our platform.

Any complaints must be submitted to our Customer Service within 24 hours of the issue occurring. Due to the complexity of investigating older complaints, we will only consider them in cases of force majeure.

Our Customer Service team may carefully investigate reports and other available information using any appropriate means when necessary.

In line with your express waiver of withdrawal rights under Clause 4.2, we cannot accept refund or cancellation requests once you have started using your purchased credits. However, some refunds may be possible under the conditions below.

We will issue a proportional credit refund only if: (a) you lose credits due to a system malfunction; or (b) a performer in our “Nude Only” section completely refuses to provide erotic content. To qualify, you must report the issue to us with sufficient evidence. If erotic content was provided, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Performers in “Hot Flirt” or “Fetish” categories who list themselves as “dominant” may choose to offer erotic content in private shows but must honor any promises they make. Offering erotic content in private shows is optional for these performers, but they may do so if they agree. If a performer uses the “No-face” option, you cannot request a refund or chargeback solely because you cannot see their face.

Due to how our payment system and third-party processors work, cash refunds are only available for the full amount of your original credit package purchase—provided you have not used any of those credits (even partially). Partial cash refunds are never possible. If you have used some credits, any refund will be in the form of credits (not cash) up to your previous balance, if you qualify. Eligible cash refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. A cash refund will result in the corresponding credits being removed from your account. Please note that some payment methods do not allow refunds due to technical limitations.

Amounts spent on services like VIP show tickets, Buy My Content, tips, surprises, sneak peeks, snapshots, messenger, offline/private messages, video/voice calls, goodies baskets, and MyStory subscriptions are not eligible for refunds or compensation. Your performer snapshots will remain visible as long as the performer's account is active. Please note that all Free Peeks expire 168 hours (one week) from the time you received them.

Despite the above, we are not liable for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any guest or member, or for service failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, communication failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, or alterations of records—whether under contract, tort, or any other legal theory—beyond the amount you have paid us.

Under no circumstances (including negligence) will we or our affiliated companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services—without prejudice to the rest of this clause.

You must use our website and all its features only for their intended purpose. Any dishonest behavior, actions, or attempts to circumvent our rules (whether written or implied) may result in immediate account suspension or termination. Please note that the Website Operator may act at its sole discretion.
